Entry to the apartments is available from 5:00 p.m.
* Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance. A few days before your trip, you must contact our reception agency to confirm your arrival time (and, if necessary, your flight or boat number) and arrange key collection.
On the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. Please notify us when you leave so we can properly record your departure.
Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the season and availability. Enter your dates and check the updated information.
- Free cancellation: From booking up to 16 days before arrival, 100% of the prepayment is refunded.
- Late cancellation: If cancellation is made less than 16 days in advance, 50% of the rental amount will be charged.
- No-shows: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
If you wish to bring your pet, you must request it in advance for confirmation from Apartamentos Santa Mónica Playa.
* A cleaning fee of €35 will apply.
